- Introduced and managed the only ever organized Cadaveric with hands on trainings in Egypt:
- Brought together and coached 40 candidates from all over 10 governorates of Egypt, on Basic Spine Intervention in June 2011 (Second Cadaveric);
- Tutored 38 candidates from all over Egypt on Non-Spinal Pain, with live demonstration, in June 2012 (Third Cadaveric).
- Taught 38 junior pain clinicians Axial Somatic Spinal Pain with practical live demonstration in May 2013 (4th Cadaveric)
- Oriented 30 physicians re Ultrasound &Pelvic Interventions (5th Cadaveric ) May 2014.
- Updating more than 40 physicians re safe interventions radiological/ultrasound(6th Cadaveric) April 2015,7th &8th 2016,9th 2017, 10th 2018,11th 2019, 12th 2020&13th2022.
- Part of a team of 4 pain physicians from ESMP, raised general practitioners awareness on pain by visiting different governorates in Egypt (Hurghada, Marsa Matrouh Ismailia, El Bahareya Oasis, among others), as sponsored by IASP in 2007 and 2008;
- Teaching junior pain clinicians”Pain School” in collaboration with IASP yearly as from (2009 – 2014).

- Organized the First African Congress, attended by candidates from Cote d’Ivoire, Benin, South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Algeria; gave a lecture on “The Study of Pain in Bilharzial Bladder Cancer”, & translating all french –talking presentation to English, Alexandria, November 2000;
- Gave a talk on “Nausea&Vomiting” in the second African Congress Libya, 2006;
- Gave a lecture in French at Societe Algerienne d’ Evaluation et de Traitement de la Douleur under the title “Cas Cliniques” (clinical cases), Algeria, 2006;
